The Historic Downtown Rising Sun Business Development Program’s mission is to foster a high quality of life for the residents and visitors of Rising Sun through revitalizing and strengthening its downtown business district utilizing the comprehensive Main Street approach of design, economic restructuring, organization and promotion.
