Olive Hill is a small farmstead located in the middle of rural central Michigan. Owned and operated by a young family of four and founded on the principles of small, local, sustainable agriculture Olive Hill specializes in free-range, heritage breed poultry and pastured pork from critically endangered, heritage breed pigs, American Guinea Hogs.
Olive Hill's CSA shares are unique in that they include meat and eggs along with the standard share of produce. Each week members receive one whole farm fresh chicken, one dozen eggs and a crate of in-season produce.
