Our Goals :
To fulfill the mission of the Washington Township School District and to underscore our beliefs, the Board of Education has adopted the following five goals for the 2004-2005 school year.
To ensure that all school facilities are clean, safe, secure, drug free and prepared for emergency management.
To improve student academic performance at all levels district wide as demonstrated on recognized standardized tests including the: HSPA, GEPA, NJASK 3, NJASK 4, SAT and PSAT.
To pursue community and corporate partnerships that will provide new or enhanced learning opportunities, strengthen connections with the local business community, as well as cultivate potential classroom resources and/or financial support.
To encourage innovative programming that optimizes student instructional time and use of the district's financial resources.
To maintain frequent and quality communication within the organization and throughout the community so as to foster understanding of and support for the mission of the Washington Township Public Schools.
