OPPC Mission

This site provides information on the Mission efforts of Overlake Park Presbyterian Church.

Overlake Park has always been committed to mission work. Historically, our efforts have been through donations, with less hands-on. We have a strong group of adults that have been participating regularly in recent years to provide hands-on support. We sent a team to Mexico in 2001. We sent three teams to D'Iberville Mississippi for Hurricane Katrina relief in 2006, 2007 and 2008.

We are continuing this hands-on approach by working with the volunteer effort to provide relief from the Chehalis flood in December of 2007.

Our youth have participated in one week Mission Deputations many times over the years and this year will be joining the adults in the flood relief effort.
