Fourth of July for the people of Northern New Mexico has come to be known as the Rotary Club of Santa Fe's Pancakes on the Plaza. For the past 46 years this local tradition has become a day full of fun for the whole family! The smell of delicious pancakes fills the air, while local vendors, classic cars, and unique art surround the plaza.
