The Pay it Forward Civitan Club (part of Civitan International) is a service organization meeting community needs with an emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities and is forming a new club in the Rocky Mount area.

To build good citizenship by providing a volunteer organization of clubs dedicated to serving individual and community needs with an emphasis on helping people with developmental disabilities.
