Established in 2014, the Poulsbo Community Orchestra and its volunteer musicians perform free concerts for the North Kitsap community at North Point Church, on Hostmark Street.

Participation does not require audtion, and the orchestra includes high school musicians, military members and families, and others with at least two years recent experience.  Registration fees are paid to the Poulsbo Parks & Recreation Department.
