History
Before Ridgway School was built, school was held at the Binder Blacksmith Shop but parents were unhappy with not having a real school building. Soon, a school was built in 1936 and 1937, with the cost adding up to $10,000. It is now located on Highway 62 and Amelia and is called The Old School House.
