Use data (MAP - Measures of Academic Progress, DIBELS - Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills, WKCE - Wisconsin Knowledge & Concepts Exams, grades, etc.) to improve instruction at the classroom level and plan appropriate interventions for individual students.

Explore options for reducing the costs of health and retirement benefits while maintaining a quality benefits program.

Develop a long-term financial plan to address the impact of revenue limits and potential declining enrollments.

Review Gifted and Talented programming, policies, and services, and develop a plan for implementation across all grade levels.
