About Us:

The Sedalia Lions Club is made up of good friends and good neighbors dedicated to serving our community and our nation. 

Chartered by the Lions Club International organization, the Sedalia Lions Club participates in many worthy causes on the national level as well as providing support and assistance to local charities, civic clubs, youth groups, schools and others.

Our membership is diverse, made up of farmers, professionals, tradesmen, retirees, and numerous others.  They all have one thing in common  -- a heart for service to their fellow man..

The Sedalia Lions Club supports and sponsors various local activities, the most visible of which are the annual Sedalia Day celebration and our youth softball leagues.

Our summer Church League Co-Ed Youth softball  leagues include four age groups from kindergarten through high school.  We administer the schedules, provide umpires and scorekeepers, and  operate the concessions.

The Sedalia Day festivities celebrate our favorite town each spring with a carnival,  parade, games, car show, motorcycle ride-in, 5K run/walk, live music &  more.
