I served as Poland's State Representative for four terms, eight years. During my servise as State Representative for the State of Maine I served 2 terms on Joint Standing Committee the Health and Human Services, 2 terms on the Joint Standing Committee on Criminal Justice and public Affairs, 1 term on the Joint Standing Committee on Insurance and Financial. As State Senator I chaired task forces that addressed Autism, Eating Disorders and Hunger in Maine. I continued my service to this State and to the Residents of Poland, New Gloucester, Auburn and Durham as a STate Senator, I am in my second term as a State Senator and have served on the Joint Standing Committees of Natural Resources, Labor, Insurance and Financial and Marine Resources.
I live with my husband Brian of 17 years and have 3 children throiugh him along wit eight grandchildren. My mother Gertrude Snowe lives in Auburn. I have a sister and a brother who live out of State.
