Senior TranServe is a nonprofit donation based transportation service sponsored by Community Services Council of Brevard. We provide transport for ambulatory seniors 60 years or better who have no other viable means of transport available to them.
Our mission is to provide quality transportation, helping seniors to maintain better health, improve their sense of well being and self esteem so they may maximize their quality of life.
Volunteers use their own personal vehicles to transport seniors to medical appointments, grocery stores, banks, post offices, libraries and other destinations as needed.
Drivers are scheduled a week ahead so seniors need to make their request 7 days in advance.
To qualify volunteer drivers must be 21 years or older and agree to a background check. They choose their own hours, driving perimeters, and transportation requests.
We are actively seeking additional volunteers throughout Brevard County. Over this past year there has been a tremendous increase for the need of safe and dependable transportation for seniors.
Anyone who might be interested in becoming a volunteer transportation driver, please contact us by either phone, email or fax.
Thank you for your interest in our organization.
