Smyler's Farm is a unique organic CSA located in Hudson NY. Our farm offers vegetable/herb/flower shares and all-natural locally and humanely raisded meat shares to individuals, families, and restaurants. Our farm business model is known as CSA, which stands for Community-Supported Agriculture. This type of farm allows its customers to be more involved and closer to the source of their food, and has many other benefits over other "standard" ways of obtaining food. Our customers: support the local economy, avoid large amounts of pollution along the chain of their food production that result from distant, large and industrial farms, and have the opportunity to visit, socialize with, and even BE the producers of their food. Smyler's Farm also offers the opportunity for members to get together for many different events including food preservation parties, dinners, and workshops.
