The Southern Berkshire Chamber of Commerce is a membership driven organization with members from throughout the region, including businesses in nearby New York and Connecticut.

Formed in 1920 as the Great Barrington Chamber of Commerce, the scope was broadened in the 1950s and the charter includes the southern Berkshire towns of Alford, North and South Egremont, Great Barrington, Monterey, Mount Washington, New Marlborough, Otis, Sandisfield and Sheffield.
