Since its founding in 1868, the people of St. Rose of Lima have celebrated the presence of God in Franklin and the rural communities of central and southern Johnson County. We are a pilgrim people guided by the proclamation of the Scriptures and strengthened by the grace of God in the sacraments. We seek to become Christ’s body through word and deed. To this end, we seek the perfecting love of God around us and among us. We are called not just to take care of our own people but to serve the human needs of every person in Johnson County.
