Company Overview
The Susquehanna Valley Chamber of Commerce (SVCC) is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(6) organization, fully funded by members of the community through contributions, membership dues, and community events. SVCC maintains a Visitors Center through its fundraising initiatives. This center, which provides information to the community, travelers and tourists to the area, serves over 10,000 people annually hailing from more than 15 countries per year. The Visitors Center receives no funding from local, state or federal taxes.
SVCC represents businesses in the Pennsylvania communities of Columbia, Marietta, and Wrightsville as well as surrounding areas of Lancaster and York Counties. Almost two-thirds of our members come from the tri-borough area mentioned. Most members join to create connections with other business people through networking opportunities presented by SVCC; others have joined to enjoy the member-only benefits.
