The Chamber, which was incorporated in 1959, has a Board of Directors consisting of 22 members and the Chamber President. From the 22 Board Members, an Executive Committee is elected that consists of the Chairman, the Chairman-Elect, the Immediate Past Chairman, the Secretary/Treasurer, a Board Representative, and the Consulting Attorney.
