Welcome to the Town of Stony Creek.  

Stony Creek was founded in 1852.  It is in the south-western corner of Warren County.  It is bordered by Warrensburg, Thurman, Hadley, Day and Wells. The approximate population is 750 permanent residents.  It is entirely within the Adirondack Park.
