United Community Church is a small church located in Tupper Lake, NY in the middle of the Adirondacks. It was originally built in 1894, burnt in 1899, and then was rededicated in 1900. In 197 the Presbyterian Church and the Methodist Church officially merged to form today's United Community Church. At the heart of the success of the Church is the combination of doctrine and worship style of the two churches under the leadership of the Presbyter of Northern New York. Today it has a congregation of 70 members and is continuing to look for new ways to expand and grow and teach more people about the life of Jesus Christ.
