About This Clinic

Family Medicine has multiple locations in Lake View, Sac City, Newell and Fonda and is a family medicine group with three physicians and two nurse practitioners available for all your family healthcare needs. With specialties in family medicine, we provide medical care ranging from newborn to elderly care:

- Welcome to Medicare Exams

- Hormone counseling

- Diagnostic and screening colonoscopies

- Minor surgical procedures

- Emergency medical care

- Care of chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease

Our patient base also includes six area nursing homes and two assisted living facilities in addition to providing on call and in patient coverage for Loring Hospital in Sac City.
