The majority of the land use within the Village of Whitehouse is residential (low-medium density) with a small concentration of commercial and industrial uses. Although Whitehouse has experienced moderate growth between 1960-1990 (1,393 persons or 31.6%), future projections indicate 3,434 residents in the year 2025, a 35.8% increase of 1990 population figures.
