Wallace Gardens is a small family run CSA that prides itself in offering a variety of high quality vegetables to our members. Our small size allows us the chance to build a relationship with each of the families in our CSA. We challenge our families to try new varieties of vegetables not available in the grocery store or that they may have not tried before.
We grow our produce using sustainable and natural practices focussing on high quality, freshly harvested vegetables. Since the garden is located at our home we grow with concern and respect for the environment and the impact on community.
Wallace Gardens is a sustainably grown garden, which offers CSA produce baskets or shares to a small number of families for a 14 to16 week season from mid-June to early-October. We offer over 30 types of vegetables (including sweet corn) in over 50 varieties; many of which cannot be found in a supermarket.
Our small family operated garden is nested in the country side between Maple Plain and Delano and run by Lindsay and Theresa Wallace along with a help from our children. We enjoy growing food for our members and providing them with fresh high quality produce at a reasonable cost.
Our full shares include a dozen fresh eggs and we also offer veggie only shares. On occaision we are able to offer extras for sale to non-members.
