We get together every month to laugh unconditionally and enjoy the many health benefits of laughter. Laughter exercises encourage playfulness, deep belly laughs, social connection, and a balance of mind, body, and spirit. A fake laugh even has all the same health benefits as a real one, but turns into a real laugh when practiced in a group! Laughing strengthens the immune system, unwinds the negative effects of stress, lowers blood pressure, improves mental alertness and much, much more.
Please bring your water bottle because laughing is dehydrating. All ages and all physical abilities are welcome! There are no fancy poses and no need for any special equipment. Everyone needs to try this uplifting experience at least once!! Please arrive a little early in order to settle in and enjoy some happy music. We meet in the smaller building to the left of the main building (The Meditation Hall).
