About Us:

In 1944, the Zionsville Lions Club approached the Whitestown business and civic leaders regarding the formation of a local Lions Club for the Whitestown community. The proposal was met with an overwhelming response and the Whitestown Lions Club was chartered in District 25C of the International Association of Lions Clubs.

In the early years of the clubs' existence, members helped endorse the incorporation of the town of Whitestown. Now, nearly seventy years later, we are proud to be part of a growing and thriving community.

Membership throughout the years has ebbed and flowed, but the basic Lions Club ideals and dedication to the community has remained strong. Then, as today, our main goal is to make our community a better place for the citizens of tomorrow.
