Williamsburg Choral Guild

P.O. Box 1864

The Williamsburg Choral Guild is an all-volunteer chorus of 90 men and women who bring to every performance years of musical experience and a passion for choral music. Membership is by audition, and since 1975 the Guild has been presenting choral music of the finest quality, from the classics to the works of contemporary composers. The spring concerts have featured jazz standards, opera choruses, Broadway tunes, spirituals, folk songs and other favorites from around the world. In addition to its three-concert subscription season, the Guild presents its annual choral gift to the community: a free Christmas concert and holiday sing-along that performs to overflow audiences. The Guild's artistic director and conductor, Jay BeVille, has guided the organization to ever greater heights of musical achievement, and he regularly creates programs that stimulate and entertain. His programming often includes collaborations with other musical organizations, bringing great depth and high appeal to the performances.
