Willoway Farm is a 7 acre farm using organic and biodynamic farming methods. We currently grow produce and flowers all from either certfied organic seed, heirloom seeds or our own saved seed. We grow on 1 1/2 acre with raised permanent beds alternating with clover seeded footpaths. Our goal is to maintain our microorganisms and quality of soil nutrients and minerals by treading lightly on the land & grow quality produce. We use hand tools for cultivation and even use a scythe for cutting the clover and grasses. We also raise chicken layers whom are fed certified organic feed and go inside or outside at there liesure. In addition we raise honeybees for the biodiversity. Now in the winter we are gearing up for the 2009 growing season.
