Our general product will consist of the choice of Lamb, Mutton, Goat or a Combination of all the above. The cuts would generally be a mix of roast, chops, ground, and stew meat. We can add organ or soup bones upon request. You may also 'adopt' a lamb, sheep, or goat and get the whole animal to yourself when it is 'ready'.

Usda Inspected Lamb, Goat And Mutton Now Available : We are selling our Kentucky Proud, USDA approved lamb, goat, and mutton meats directly to the consumer. The meat is pre-packaged and vacuum-sealed and frozen immediately by the processor to keep it fresh until it gets to you. We create custom orders to meet your individual needs with a simple phone call and deliver to your door within 25 miles of Horse Cave. Otherwise, delivery arrangements will be made at the time of the order.
