Vision:

Winlock School District staff consists of 45 classroom teachers with an average of 13.8 years of teaching experience. Currently, 84.4% of the Winlock faculty holds a master's degree. 40 teachers teach core academic classes. 98.3% of classes are taught by teachers meeting NCLB highly qualified definition.
