Our CSA runs from May 1st into November. During the season, opportunities are provided to preserve produce for the winter.

Wolfe Spring Farm is a Certified Organic, Certified Naturally Grown CSA in Sheffield, Massachusetts. Beginning May 1 and going into November, the farm provides a variety of delicious traditional and specialty vegetables. Farm fresh eggs are available for sale at pick-up and meat can be raised for our customers by pre-arrangement. Our CSA members also love to cut their own herbs and flowers every week.

In early May, expect to find watercress, asparagus, spinach, salad greens, radishes and more. By July, look for beets, haricot verts, tomatoes and squash. We offer three days for pick up with hours from 9am through 7pm.

Periodically the farmers at Wolfe Spring Farm will open up the farm to all of the members for "put-up days". On those days, we will freeze or can a seasonal vegetable. In the past we have frozen peas, beans, corn and edamame. We have canned jam, salsa and marinara sauce. This year we are adding a basic cheese class and a beginner wine-making class.
