Woodland Elementary Mission Statement :

Woodland School is located in the Village of Woodland and serves the Lakewood School District's southern tier.  Our community provides an intimate setting with a school that has a proud history, dating back to its origin in 1923.  The school has served students as a High School, Middle School and now as an Elementary School.  The Woodland staff is highly qualified, experienced and actively works toward providing the highest level of instruction for our students.  Woodland teachers take great pride in creating a strong and nurturing learning environment and successfully meeting the academic and emotional needs of the students they serve.  As a result, a high number of former Lakewood and Woodland Elementary students choose Woodland as the community to raise their children.
