General Rules
•Members and guests must sign-in when shooting inside or outside.
•Members and guests must pay the range fee every time they use either range. This is for liability & insurance reasons. Range fee for members and guests is $3.00 each. Guests will be limited to three visits at $3.00 each, thereafter each visit shall be $3.50.
•Members are responsible for the actions of themselves and their guests.
•Pick up all brass (especially the .22 rimfire,) targets and any other debris when finished shooting and put each in the proper barrels. Please don’t mix up what goes in what barrels. Our reloaders want some of the brass and we recycle what’s left for club revenue.
•Keep the bathroom door closed at all times.
•Before leaving the club, make sure to turn all the lights are turned off, the water is not running in the bathroom and furnace off in Summer or set to 55-60 degrees in the Winter. Also make sure the door to the building is locked.
•Guns boxed or actions open, concealed carry remains holstered when in the clubhouse.
•Report any injuries or damages to an officer of the club.
•No alcohol allowed.
Indoor Range
•No shotguns or rifles chambered larger than .22LR are allowed indoors.
•Jacketed or magnum can be used on the outdoor range only. Copper washed or plated is OK, but anyone caught shooting jacketed or magnum ammo on the indoor firing range could lose their membership to the Woodsman R&P Club. You are responsible to know if your ammunition is plated or jacketed.
•Stations 3 through 10 may be used for centerfire shooting with lead ammo only..22 caliber can be used on any Station 1 through 10.
•Black Powder guns cannot be used on the indoor range.
•Paper targets are the only targets that may be used indoors, except pin heads may be used during scheduled pin shoots only.
•ALL targets must be placed at the 50 feet mark, against the backstop.
•No smoking on the indoor range.
Outdoor Range
•No shooting outside before 10:00 AM on Sunday.
•No shooting at glass on the outside range.
•If you bring something to the range to shoot at outside please take it back out with you when you leave.
•Don‘t put targets up on the berm of the outdoor range. Keep targets in bottom of the sand pit.
•All shots should be fired with the intent of striking the berm. Do not shoot over the berm.
•Don’t walk on the berm.
