What We Believe
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God, and that there is one God, existing as three persons - Father, Son and Holy Ghost. Jesus Christ is both God and man, conceived of the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary. He died on the cross and shed His blood as a sacrifice for sin; arising bodily from the dead, He ascended into Heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. Man is created in God's image and desires for all men to be saved and to have eternal life. Having sinned and come short of God's glory, men can now be justified only by grace through repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. He is coming back to judge both the living and the dead; the believer will eternally be with the Lord, while the unbeliever will have judgment and eternal punishment.
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with speaking in tongues, in divine healing and in the gifts, fruit of the spirit and anointed ministry of the Holy Spirit to be a blessing to the body of Christ.
We believe in operation of the five-fold ministry: apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers to perfect and equip the saints for the work of their ministries and the full maturing of the church. The church is God's instrument to establish and increase God's Kingdom and fulfill Christ's last commandment, "Go ye into all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature." Mark 16:15
