Our mission is to empower the Wallingford community through video creation & distribution using the medium of television (both traditional and Internet based).

We believe that use of WPAA-TV as a non-commercial opportunity for the free expression of ideas, opinions and announcements can inform, connect, and involve everyone in building 'community'.
