Young Children First! is Falmouth's Community Partnership for Children grant  program that is funded by the MA Department of Early Education and Care since 1997.

• YCF! provides affordability and accessibiltity to high quality early childhood programs in Falmouth for families with children 2.9 years to age 5.
• Provides comprehensive services for families with preschool children, including: the Upper Cape Resource Guide, free family  literacy and other events, a community Lending Library with books and early childhood materials, parent workshops and forums, and provides connections with the public schools and other  area agencies and organizations.
• Provide professional development and services to early childhood programs ain order moniter and maintain high quality.
• Collaborate with families, community programs, businesses and other organizations concerned with children and families to maintain and enhace a system of early education and care, reduce duplication of services and promote quitable services .
