Lose the Training Wheels is a program that teaches children with disabilities how to ride bikes without training wheels. The program uses special bikes where the tires are replaced with rollers that provide greater support allowing the child to become more confident in their skills.As a child gains skills,the rollers are changed out so that the child eventually works their way to using a regular bike tire.
