Tax time can be very stressful for taxpayers; therefore I always remain calm and patient to guarantee that my clients have as smooth an experience as possible. I believe empathy, effective communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities are very important during this stressful time and for the overall client experience. I enjoy what I do because I am a naturally analytical minded problem solver and if there is a way to do something, I will find it but mostly I love my career because helping people makes me happy. When I'm not preparing taxes, reconciling books or analyzing financial statements, I love spending time with my three kids, my nieces and nephews, eating at the beach and watching a good show on TV.
