Dr. Willows received a bachelor’s of arts degree from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts. She received a Master of Science from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, and her medical degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona. She also conducted clinical research at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona as well medical school clinical training at both the Mayo Clinic Arizona and Florida sites.​ ​ Dr. Willows completed a transitional year residency at Methodist Hospital/Indiana University. She then went on to complete her radiation oncology residency training at the University of Kentucky and Tuffs Medical Center.​ ​ Dr. Willows treats patients 18 years and older for a wide variety of cancers.​ She also completed a transitional year residency at Indiana University and Methodist Hospital followed by a diagnostic radiology residency at Florida Hospital. Dr. Willows then went on to complete radiation oncology residencies at the University of Kentucky, and Tufts Medical Center. ​ ​ Dr. Willows treats patients 18 years and older for a wide variety of conditions.​
