Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Associates – St. Paul, United Hospital is a group of physiatrists and nurse practitioners who provide Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute services at United Hospital. Our care is focused on physical rehabilitation and management of disabilities and complex medical conditions including spinal cord injury, brain injury and stroke. This location features a Running and Endurance Sports Injury program. These services help both elite athletes and recreational runners with issues that range from nagging soreness to acute injury.
