Dr. Kizer grew up in Bradenton, Florida, but moved to Central Indiana after high school. After graduating from Carson-Newman College in Jefferson City, Tennessee and obtaining her masters from Ball State University, she attended Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Community's Family Medicine Residency Program.
Dr. Kizer's medical interests include newborn care, patient education, pediatrics, preventive medicine and women's health. She believes in providing cutting-edge medical care in a friendly, relaxed environment.
Cindy and her husband, Doug, live in Fishers and enjoy traveling, going to movies, and just spending time together. Doug has served as a crisis care pastor in church ministry for more than 25 years and is currently the Carmel Fire Department chaplain. They are both actively involved in church ministry.
