Lenae Nichelson joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in June 2022. She is excited about the opportunity to help people make the smart financial decisions that are essential to long-term financial security.
Lenae has a Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University and a Master’s degree in Bible Teaching from Columbia International University. She holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses plus life and health insurance licenses in Virginia.
Understanding that the biggest obstacle to financial security for most people is their own behavior, Lenae serves as a personal financial coach to clients, continually reinforcing positive financial behaviors. She advocates time-tested financial principles, including disciplined, long-term saving and investing, careful debt management, and a thoughtful insurance strategy to manage financial risk. Lenae will work with you to establish specific, meaningful goals that are consistent with your values and then develop a personalized financial plan to guide your pursuit of those goals.
In her free time, Lenae enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with family.
Active in her community, Lenae is a member of The Heights Baptist Church.
