Maddisen Long-Pero is a physician assistant practicing in hand and upper extremity. She obtained her undergraduate degree in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin in Oshkosh, WI and earned her master’s in physician assistant studies from the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse, WI.
Maddisen’s medical interests include carpal and cubital tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren’s disease, trigger finger, wrist, thumb, and hand arthritis, fractures, strains and sprains, bursitis and tendonitis, deformity correction, repetitive motion injury, osteomyelitis, cortisone injections, and plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Maddisen is a member of both the American and Wisconsin Academy of Physician Assistants.
In her free time, Maddisen enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and watching Badger sporting events.
