Dr. Stephanie Russ was born and raised in Indiana. She received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Indiana University in Bloomington and received her doctor of osteopathy (DO) degree from Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg, Virginia. Dr. Russ completed her residency training in family medicine at the Family Medicine Residency Program at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
Dr. Russ is board certified in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment. As a family medicine physician and a doctor of osteopathy, Dr. Russ offers a unique approach to patient care that teaches patients how to prevent illness and injury by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This includes looking at the whole person and how all parts of the body work together and influence each other—muscles, nerves and bones, which allows her to provide the best care medicine has to offer. Dr. Russ enjoys seeing patients of all ages and has a special interest in women’s health and adolescent medicine.
