Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Arbor Park is dedicated to providing patients of all ages with the best medical care and service in a supportive environment for all families. We attend not only to your physical health but also pay close attention to your emotional well-being with a family-orientated approach. We have a special focus on preventive care and helping you stay healthy. Our physicians are on the staff of Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital. Patients are referred for care at Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital or Michigan Medicine as needed. Our staff has been through the Trinity IHA Customer Service program and continues to work on their service skills at all times to better serve our families. Trinity Health IHA Medical Group, Primary Care - Arbor Park is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care. As a practice, we know that preventive care, including vaccinations, is the most important part of our service to patients and their families. To best protect your children, our other patients, as well as our staff and providers from vaccine-preventable illness, we have made the decision to only accept families into our practice who plan to fully vaccinate their children according to the CDC, American Academy of Pediatrics and American Academy of Family Physicians guidelines.
