The Bisbee Bloomers Annual Garden Tour is an annual fundraising event to support gardening and the beautification of public spaces in the City of Bisbee. This year's Garden Tour features gardens in the Warren, City Beautiful neighborhood of Bisbee. This City Beautiful movement was the beginning of comprehensive city planning in the United States. The City Beautiful became the common ideal that combined a range of goals and aesthetics into the single concept that cities were more than merely commercial necessities, but that they could be an effective social control device and that they could be beautiful. The first practical City Beautiful models were the Plan for Washington D.C. and the comprehensive Parks and Boulevards Plan for Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. These plans, created by Warren Henry Manning, came to public attention in 1902 and inspired the development of a City Beautiful plan for Warren.

Bisbee, Arizona is located a mile high in the Mule Mountains, near the U.S./Mexico Border. The altitude provides a cool and inviting climate, and is less than two hours from Tucson, and just over three hours from Phoenix. Bisbee, a former copper mining town now known for its walkability, eclectic art galleries, unique architecture and a melting pot of residents, is a lovely place to spend the day, or the weekend.

Live music in the gardens featuring Maha Via, Pat Panther, Carolyn Toronto, Danielle Panther and Becka Reyes, and La Luna Tunes.

Children under 18 get in free. No dogs allowed inside tour gardens.

The Bisbee Bloomers is a civic organization dedicated to preserve and augment the natural beauty of the City of Bisbee, Arizona through planting and gardening projects, clean-ups, and educational lectures about gardening and garden tours. The Bisbee Bloomers gladly accepts donations. We sponsor Mitt Mutts, City of Bisbee public park plantings, the Bisbee Pool, the Copper Queen Seed Library, and many other projects.
