To celebrate its 30th anniversary, the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) will be hosting educator, advocate, and filmmaker Jim Warne as a guest speaker. Jim Warne's talk will be followed by a reception with appetizers and a cash bar. WIND will also be hosting a film screening and discussion with Jim Warne of his award-winning film, 7th Generation on October 8th at 4:00pm in the UW Arts and Sciences Auditorium. All events are free and open to the public.
Established in 1994, WIND assists and supports individuals with developmental and other disabilities, their families, and their networks by conducting research and providing training, education, and information, especially related to health, education, employment, and community living.
