Join us for our annual 5K Green Run or 1 mile Nature Run in beautiful Riverbend Park - our race to save the environment and empower a cleaner brighter future! The Green Run is presented by the Partnership for Environmental Education (PFEE) - an all volunteer non-profit organization. The run supports the Jupiter Environmental Research and Field Studies Academy (JERFSA) - a stellar public high school environmental science "choice program" open to students in Palm Beach County. JERFSA has been preparing our next generation of leaders in environmental science since 1993. Through their participation in the JERFSA program, students are continually giving back to our community on many different immediate levels from their involvement in marine life surveying, to the reintroduction of native plant species, to the construction of a wetlands project. In addition, Students are also individually required to provide extensive community service hours over their four years in the program.
