We all know that watching what you eat, regular exercise, stress reduction, etc., can improve your health. What you may not know is that regular blood donation may reduce your risk of heart attack, can improve your sense of well-being, and even help identify a silent medical problem. Saving someone’s life can be a lifesaver!
Blood donations drop off dramatically during the holidays, so January is a great time to step up and help replenish dwindling supplies. Do it for a stranger. Do it for yourself!
