Join us for some winter fun as we celebrate our 2nd Bierstacheln (beer stabbing) Winter Festival! Buy a custom half or full liter mug (or bring your own) and enjoy the old German tradition of warming beer with a campfire heated stainless rod. This hot poking will caramelize residual sugars in the beer, changing the flavor as well as releasing additional CO2 to enhance the mouthfeel. Our dopplebock is specially brewed for the event but feel free to try our other beers, ciders, or mead as well! Event is rain or shine and the colder the better!
