Experience the deep bliss of unwinding body and mind through this guided candlelit experience with a select theme.
This special class is designed to offer some "you-time" to de-stress during the holidays, enhanced by the soft, soothing flicker of candle light.
Yin is a slower and more meditative style of yoga that targets the deep connective tissues. With the assistance of props (bolsters, blocks, blankets), we will hold supported passive postures for a few minutes each, using no muscular effort.
Our restorative session will end with Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a systematic method for total relaxation. You'll be guided into a familiar state of mental twilight between wakefulness and sleep. Enjoy a feeling of deep relaxation during the practice and afterwards.
