You’re invited to join the Carolinas Ragin’ Cajun Club as we celebrate Mardi Gras at Boudreaux’s! Registration payment includes your choice of gumbo and entrée, as well as a non-alcoholic beverage. Whether you’re a Ragin’ Cajun alum or new to Mardi Gras, come laissez les bons temps rouler!

Choice of gumbo cup served with cornbread:

*Seafood Gumbo is made with shrimp, crawfish and okra.
*Gumbo Yaya is made with chicken and Andouille sausage.

Choice of entrée:

*Jambalaya – shrimp, crawfish, chicken, Andouille sausage simmered with rice in zesty tomato Creole sauce.
*Etouffee – shrimp and crawfish with trinity and spices in Cajun roux, served over simple long grain rice.
*Shrimp and Grits – Shrimp and Andouille sausage sautéed with trinity in wine with butter and spices, served over low-country cheddar cheese grits.
